RESITRIX ® EPDM membranes: The permanent solution for your roof
Our RESITRIX® EPDM system solutions provides long-lasting waterproofing for both roofs and ground-level areas, making it ideal for new builds as well as refurbishment projects. This single-layer membrane, composed of EPDM synthetic rubber with a polymer-modified bitumen backing, is particularly notable for its fast and reliably secure installation. It is entirely flame-free, as RESITRIX® is welded using hot air rather than an open flame. Depending on your project requirements, you can choose from a variety of installation methods. These include fully self-adhesive and root-resistant options such as RESITRIX® SK W, partially self-adhesive systems like RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond, mechanically fastened solutions such as RESITRIX® MB, or traditional substrate bonding using PU adhesive with RESITRIX® CL W.
