RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond EPDM Roofing Membrane
RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond is a partially self-adhesive, 3-in-1 waterproof membrane. It has a synthetic rubber (EPDM) base that makes it a hot air-weldable waterproofing membrane. RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond is the first partially self-adhesive 3-in-1 waterproofing membrane. It combines a waterproofing section, a vapour pressure equalisation section and a movement compensation section in a single layer. These special properties are particularly beneficial for use on materials prone to a great deal of movement and substrates with trapped residual moisture. This makes RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond a perfect choice for partial surface and complete refurbishment projects.
