The Valley consists of three towers (67, 81 and 100 metres) and has a unique design inspired by mountain slopes and valleys. The building has a dual identity: from the outside it looks like a smooth glass block that blends into the context of Zuidas' international business district; from the inside it reveals a completely different, more natural and welcoming appearance, as if the glass block give away to reveal rocky facades with natural stone and greenery.

The center piece of the building is the green valley, which is located between the towers on the fourth and fifth floors and to which the Valley owes its name. The valley not only offers a place to linger and enjoy nature, but also a range of public facilities such as shops, restaurants, cultural offerings and offices.

The Valley has an enormously complex shape, which required special care in the detailed planning. The rugged appearance of the 75,000 m² building complex ensures that each flat is unique, resulting in a variety of residential units. The edges of the building are planted with 13,000 different plants and trees, which will make the building increasingly green in the coming years - an oasis in a business district.
