CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd, as the organizer, is conducting a free prize draw for participants as part of its “Late Summer Promotion” from 17th August to 18th September,2026, which is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.

Only UK Roofing Contractor Companies and their employees are eligible to participate; CARLISLE® distribution partners employees and employees of CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd, are excluded from participation. Companies can participate in the prize draw by purchasing at least one pallet of RESITRIX® or 20 Tins (20 KG) of ARBOFLEX® PU between 17th August and 18th September, 2026 (invoice date) and submitting proof of purchase (invoice) to marketing.uk@ccm-europe.com by 21st September, 2026 at 5pm.

CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude anyone from participation who manipulates the prize draw, violates these terms and conditions of participation, or for any similar reason.

How the competition works: All participants are compiled into a list, and the winners (only companies can win, not individual employees) are selected at random. Each company can win a maximum of 1 ticket.

Prizes: CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd is giving away 5x 2 VIP tickets including one hotel overnight stay for the NFL game on 4 October 2026 in London. Travel to London is to be arranged by the winner at their own expense.

No cash equivalent offered. The prizes will be handed over to the winning companies on-site or shipped to them at CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd.’s expense. Winners announced on 22nd September, 2026.

Data Protection: Participation in the prize draw requires the provision of personal data by the participating company and the employee. By submitting the proof of purchase, the participant confirms having read and understood the terms and conditions of participation and agrees to the use and storage of their personal data within the scope of the prize draw. Both parties confirm that the personal information they have provided, in particular their name and (email) address, is truthful and accurate. All personal data of the participants will be used by CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd only within the framework of applicable UK data protection regulations (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be disclosed to third parties or made available to them for use without the participants' consent, unless necessary for the fulfilment or delivery of the prize. The participating company and the participating employee may revoke their consent at any time independently of each other. Revocation must be submitted in writing to CARLISLE® Construction Materials Ltd — by mail: Unit 1, Park Lane Business Park, Park Lane, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17 9GU, or by email: marketing.uk@ccm-europe.com. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
