There were multiple challenges during the construction of the l ogistics centre. Waterproofing 68,000 m² of roof area required meticulous planning, precise coordination of trades and consistent quality control, all while adhering to a strict schedule in changing weather conditions. SURE-WELD ® TPO membranes and the effective collaboration of all stakeholders involved made this possible.

SURE-WELD® is a high-quality, single-ply waterproofing membrane made of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) with an internal polyester fabri creinforcement. It is available in white or gray with widths up to 1.82 m. Its wide welding window and high seam strength reduce err or risks and construction time – ideal for large industrial and commer cial roofs. The sustainable membranes feature a unique weathering protection, making them resistant to weathering and aging for decades, and thus suitable for permanent use under PV systems. They are root-resistant according to DIN EN 13948:2007 and F LL certified for use under all types of green roofs. FM Approval certification provides globally recognized quality assurance.
