1.               The Promoters

The promoter is: Carlisle Construction Materials Limited of Ground Floor Office Suite Lancaster House, Concorde Way, Millennium Business Park, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7DW.

2.               The promotion

The title of the promotion is UEFA EURO 2024 Promotion.

3.               How to enter

3.1            To be eligible to claim one of five pairs of tickets to watch the England games at the Euros 2024, as further described in condition 5 below (Redemption Product), participants must spend a minimum of £100,000 on specific  Carlisle products between 00:01am on 12 February 2024 (the Opening Date) and 17:00 on 30 April 2024 (the Closing Date). Purchases must be made in one transaction and multiple transactions will not be accepted; and in the case of distributors/resellers, made by one qualifying retailer for one branch only.

(Qualifying Purchase). Products included within the promotion include: RESITRIX®, HERTALAN®, SURE-WELD® TPO, ARBOFLEX® PU, CCM Insulation & CCM Accessories (each a Qualifying Product).

3.2            All claims for the Redemption Product must be received by the Promoter by no later than 17:00 on the Closing Date. All claims received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3            To be within a chance of claiming the Redemption Product, send an email, attaching a copy of your purchase receipt to: info.uk@ccm-europe.com with the subject as ‘UEFA EURO 2024 Promotion Entry’. Please provide your full name, name of the business that has made the purchase, your contact telephone number and your email address. These details will be required to make contact with you, in the event that your claim is successful.

3.4            The Promoter will not accept:

(a)             responsibility for claims that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b)             proof of transmission as proof of receipt of submitting a claim.

3.5            By submitting a claim, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.6            The Promoter will check the validity of claims on a first come first served basis, until the earlier of:

(a)             reaching 5 Valid Claims; and

(b)             the Closing Date.

A valid claim is one which complies with these terms and conditions (Valid Claim).

4.               Eligibility

4.1            The promotion is only open to businesses based in the UK. An entrant submitting a claim on behalf of the business must be aged 18 years or over and be either the owner (including director or partner) of the business, or an employee of the business. The following are unable to participate in the promotion:

(a)             employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b)             employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

(c)             members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2            In submitting a claim for the Redemption Product, you confirm that you are eligible to do so (and have necessary authority from your business to apply) and are eligible to claim the Redemption Product. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to submit a claim.

4.3            The Promoter will not accept claims that are:

(a)             automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b)             completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c)             illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

(d)             incomplete.

4.4            There is a limit of one claim per qualifying business. For the avoidance of doubt, two or more employees of a business may not submit separate claims for the same business and in the event that they do so, only the first Valid Claim in respect of a that business will be eligible under this promotion.

4.5            The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

5.               The Redemption Product

5.1            The Redemption Product are 5 pairs of tickets to the England games at the Euros 2024. The dates and choice of the match shall be decided by the Promoter and include:

(a)             Sunday 16th June 2024, Gelsenkirchen

(b)             Thursday 20th June 2024, Frankfurt

(c)             Tuesday 25th June 2024, at Cologne

5.2            Tickets include corporate hospitality at the designated match in Germany, an overnight designated hotel stay in Germany, designated return flights (from London Heathrow only), and designated transfers in Germany only. The Redemption Product does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to London Heathrow, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Redemption Product are the responsibility of the winner(s), including for the avoidance of doubt, any tax obligations upon the business for claiming the Redemption product.

5.3            You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the trip in question on the dates specified. Dates cannot be changed.

5.4            There is no cash alternative for the Redemption Product.

5.5            The Redemption Product is not negotiable or transferable.

5.6            In order to claim the Redemption Product you must follow the process set out in condition 7 below.

6.               Winners

6.1            The limited number of tickets for the Redemption Product will be allocated to the first 5 Valid Claims.

6.2            The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.3            The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after reviewing their claim and ascertaining whether it is a Valid Claim. Contact will be made using the telephone number or email address provided with the claim. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the claim has been submitted.

6.4            The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the business name and county of major winners, to anyone who emails info.uk@ccm-europe.com or writes to the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. In addition, the Promoter may, at its discretion, publish the business name and county of major winners on its website.

6.5            If you object to any of your details being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7.               Claiming the Redemption Product

7.1            If you are the winner of the Redemption Product, you will have 48 hours from the date and time on which the Promoter contacts you to inform you that you have won, to claim the Redemption Product. If you wish to claim the Redemption Product, you must notify the Promoter that you wish to accept the Redemption Product and provide full details (including the names and passport details) of the persons who will be attending the game and travelling to Germany. If you do not claim the Redemption Product within the 48 hours or, fail to provide the details required by the Promoter, your claim will become invalid and condition 7.3 shall apply.

7.2            The Redemption Product may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.3            The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Redemption Product within 48 hours of first being notified of its win, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Redemption Product to the next eligible entrant who submitted a Valid Claim before the Closing Date.

7.4            The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Redemption Product.

8.               Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Redemption Product except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.            General

10.1        If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.

10.2        The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3        These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
