Due to the current situation, I am writing to let you know how we are responding and the actions we are taking to keep our colleagues and customers safe.
On Monday night the Prime Minister announced new measures which will have a profound impact on our way of life over the next few weeks, and maybe longer.
Following the announcement, our office and warehouse remain open but are now operating with a scaled down team practicing social distancing in line with government recommendations and with some colleagues working from home. We will continue to answer your enquiries and despatch goods for as long as possible.
All client meetings including site visits and product training are cancelled until further notice. Our external sales and technical teams have the technology available to work from home and carry out video conferencing etc.
