As part of our strategy for delivering industry leading customer service and shorter lead times for UK customers, Carlisle Construction Materials is investing in an upgrade to our UK warehousing facilities.

Taking place in June, the warehouse upgrade project will allow us to double our UK stock holding capacity, enabling us to process and fulfil customer orders more rapidly, delivering faster response times and enhanced customer service.

We’re also investing in our team too, with staff training to ensure that everyone on site is equipped with the necessary skills to handle orders as safely and efficiently as possible, ensuring customers always have a smooth transaction, from first enquiry through to delivery.

To carry out these changes, our warehouse will be closed for a short time, from 5th to 16th June 2023, and we will not be able to process or dispatch any orders during this period.  Our systems upgrade,  refurbishment and training have been meticulously planned to ensure everything can be delivered within this timetable, and customers will still be able to submit orders during the upgrade, for dispatch once the work has finished.

 Any orders that need to be dispatched before 5th June 2023 should be submitted to or via your area sales manager latest by 2nd of June by 3 pm. Normal order processing will resume on 17th June 2023.
